1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the 99kt platform is restricted exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account or using any service on 99kt, you confirm and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 99kt reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where a Player is found to be under 21, the account will be immediately closed, all wagers will be voided, and any balance (including winnings) may be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

99kt is designed and operated for use by players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 99kt is lawful in your jurisdiction. 99kt makes no representations that its services are appropriate or available for use in locations outside Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and legal liability.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register a 99kt account, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, current address, and valid contact details;

2.4 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active registered account on 99kt. If 99kt detects that a Player holds or has held multiple accounts — whether identified by name, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or other identifiers — 99kt reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated wagers and bonuses, and withhold any balance pending investigation.

3. Account Rules & Security

3.1 Account Accuracy

You are obligated to ensure that all information held on your 99kt account remains accurate and up to date. Any change in your personal details — including your registered mobile number, email address, or payment wallet details — must be reported to 99kt support promptly. 99kt is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.2 Password and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 99kt will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or telephone. Any suspected unauthorised access to your account must be reported to 99kt immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

99kt reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or proof of address. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure. KYC is a standard industry practice and is conducted to protect both the Player and the integrity of the platform.

3.4 Account Dormancy

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 99kt may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts, deducted from the account balance. Players will be notified by email prior to dormancy fees being applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after a period of 24 months of inactivity.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

99kt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following verified Bangladeshi payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment methods must be registered in the Player's own name. 99kt does not accept deposits or withdrawals via third-party accounts, anonymous payment services, or cryptocurrency wallets.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, deposits above ৳100,000 may be subject to enhanced verification. 99kt processes deposits in real time during normal operating hours. Any delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside 99kt's direct control.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed;
• The withdrawal must be to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500;
• Standard withdrawal processing time is up to 24 hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay);
• VIP account holders benefit from priority withdrawal processing, typically completed within one hour during business hours;
• 99kt reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if fraud or irregular activity is suspected.

4.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Winnings

Winnings derived from bonus funds are not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived winnings before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of those winnings and any remaining bonus balance. Real-money deposits and winnings derived solely from real-money play are not subject to this restriction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional offers, free spin credits, cashback awards, and VIP rewards offered by 99kt are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for the duration of that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a Player's account must be wagered at least 30 times (30x) the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Certain game types — including but not limited to live roulette, live baccarat, and certain progressive jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. 5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that have not been used and wagering requirements that have not been completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited will automatically expire. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from the Player's account without further notice.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

99kt operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using third-party or group funds to complete wagering requirements; placing low-risk or hedged bets specifically to clear wagering requirements; and exploiting errors or glitches in the bonus calculation system. Where bonus abuse is detected, 99kt reserves the right to void all bonus amounts, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close the relevant account.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games and live dealer titles available on 99kt are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. 6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to server errors, game freezes, disconnections during a live game round, or incorrect display of odds or payouts — 99kt reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the Player's account. In no circumstance will a Player be entitled to winnings derived from a demonstrably malfunctioning game or system error.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

All cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports betting markets offered on 99kt are governed by the specific sport rules published in the Sports Betting section of the platform. General sports betting rules include: all bets are accepted subject to the displayed odds at the time of placement; in-play bets may be subject to delays during which odds may change; 99kt reserves the right to restrict maximum bet limits on any market at any time; and bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled or abandoned will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's account.

6.4 Responsible Use of Gameplay Features

Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available on their 99kt account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99kt platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or permitting another person to use your account;

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Platform Content

All content on the 99kt platform — including but not limited to the 99kt brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and marketing copy — is the exclusive intellectual property of 99kt or its licensed game and content providers. No part of the platform content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, translated, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 99kt.

8.2 Third-Party Game Content

Game titles, interfaces, and associated content provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi remain the intellectual property of those respective companies. 99kt holds valid licences to distribute and present this content to Players but does not claim ownership of third-party game assets.

8.3 Player Licence

99kt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 99kt platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to download, copy, scrape, or redistribute any platform content. The licence terminates automatically upon closure of your 99kt account.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.2 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99kt's maximum aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player to their 99kt account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

99kt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. This exclusion applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and regardless of whether 99kt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.4 Player Responsibility

Players access and use 99kt at their own risk. Gambling involves financial risk and the possibility of losing deposited funds. 99kt does not guarantee any return on wagers placed. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of 99kt complies with all laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your 99kt account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 99kt will process any eligible real-money balance (net of pending wagering requirements) within 5 business days. Accounts under active investigation for fraud or AML review cannot be closed until the investigation is concluded.

10.2 Termination by 99kt

99kt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account — with or without prior notice — in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player's bank or payment provider;
• A court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a law enforcement authority;
• A determination that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other Players, or third parties.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the Player or by 99kt — any bonus funds, free spin credits, and VIP points held in the account will be immediately forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method, subject to any withholding required during an active fraud or AML investigation.

11. Amendments to These Terms

99kt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes — including changes to fee structures, withdrawal policies, bonus wagering requirements, or eligibility criteria — will be communicated to Players via email to the registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the 99kt platform at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 99kt platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes. 99kt will process any eligible balance in accordance with Section 10.1 in such cases.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 99kt operates. Players are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with local laws in their place of residence.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute relating to a wager, transaction, bonus, or account decision, Players must first contact the 99kt support team via live chat or email to initiate an informal resolution process. 99kt commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 3 business days and resolving them within 21 business days where possible. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to pursue resolution through the appropriate legal or arbitration channels available in the relevant jurisdiction.

12.3 No Class Actions

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Players agree to resolve any disputes with 99kt on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in any class action, collective proceeding, or representative lawsuit arising from their use of the 99kt platform.
